Let's Talk About It

Here are a few things that we want to mention before the wedding day.. Some FAQs.

HOW does this work??

This is probably new to you, so here’s basically how this process works.

1. You pick a package you are interested in, ask any questions, and fill out the form to see if we are available for your wedding day.

2. If we are available, we will let you know and then we would love to meet with you over coffee or a Facetime call and see if we might be a good fit with you and your fiance!

3. We will send you a quote that will include the package you have chosen, a contract, wedding day questionnaire and a payment portal! We ask for a 25% deposit to book your day. Note: The deposit is non-refundable.

4. Once all the above is submitted, you’re booked!

5. We will keep in touch about wedding day details, timeline communication, and any other housekeeping items!

6. We WILL dance at your reception, you’ve been warned! ;)

Payment options

The main question we get is about payment options. We want to make it as simple as possible for you. We ask for 25% down (non-refundable) and then we can customize to your liking, whether that’s all at once, monthly or another kind of installment, we can work with you on that as long as the balance is paid 30 days before your wedding day.

Drone coverage

We do include Drone Footage in our Full Day Package. Please know that drone coverage is weather and time permitting.

RAW FOOTAGE

Raw footage is the unedited footage from your wedding day. It’s what clips are before they go into your video. We do not offer raw footage after your wedding. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Additional Edits/Re-Edits

Please know that we work hard to film and edit a video that we are proud of and want nothing more than for you to be in love with it. However, please know additional edits will be billed at $500/edit. Please help us set expectations up front and notify us of moments you want captured or featured in the film.

DVDs (or flash-drives)

We do not offer DVDs because you will lose half of the quality when burning to a DVD. We can however send you a flash-drive with your video, but the best option is to use the link to our blog where you and friends can view the wedding video!

Highlight music..

Wedding videographers are required by law to license music they use in wedding videos. I use Musicbed.com if you want to request a song.

Travel

Bad Weather

Even though I wanted to be a weatherman as a kid, I can’t control the weather. We can usually make it work with rainy weather, but there may be compromises with audio and/or drone footage. We will work with you and the venue to work things out fairly.

Date Change (Covid Policy)

If you have booked us for a date in the future and the date changes for whatever reason, we will do our best to accommodate the new date, but keep in mind that if we are unavailable, the deposit is non-refundable.
